Your license includes new releases published within 12 months of purchase. After that, you keep using the last version you were entitled to; renewal options will be offered when the store opens. There are no lifetime updates.
Email support covers installation questions and defects in the product as shipped. It doesn't cover changes to the code, third-party services, or hosting issues — those can be arranged as a customization. Support does not include security audits.
