Overview
The scenario
Ledgerly Ops imagines a regional distributor whose sales, warehouse, and finance teams each keep their own spreadsheet. The concept brings them into one web application with a shared view of every order.
The problem
Orders are confirmed before stock is checked, invoices are typed twice, and nobody knows which customers are over their credit limit until finance chases them.
Our solution
A single order record flows from quote to delivery to invoice. Stock is reserved when an order is confirmed, credit limits are checked automatically, and invoices are generated from the delivered quantities.

Sales creates an order and sees live stock and the customer's credit position.

We mapped the real order process with each team before designing screens, then tested the order form with sales staff to remove unnecessary fields.
